Acceptable use

Customers and users must not use SabiCrew to break the law, harm people, deceive others, bypass authority, expose secrets or interfere with systems.

Prohibited conduct

• Cross-tenant access, credential theft, malware, exploitation or security-control evasion.
• Unlawful surveillance, discrimination or solely automated significant decisions.
• Impersonating a human employee or concealing material AI involvement.
• Publishing, contacting, purchasing, paying, refunding or committing without required authority.
• Uploading content without the right and lawful basis to process it.
• Using outputs as definitive professional advice where a qualified professional is required.
• Manipulating usage, billing, audits, evaluations or approval evidence.

Enforcement

Suspected misuse may trigger capability pause, investigation, preservation of evidence, access restriction or account suspension. Final notice, appeal and termination procedures require counsel approval.
